My daily supplement list

So the most asked question from people is: what supplements do I take?💊
No secrets about it, I really have a daily list of supplements which I take and find helpful. Many say these huge amount of biohacker-supplements are just placebo pushed by big pharma industry, but I really experienced positive effects in my life after building my habit with them. It's simple: To get this many supportive nutrients into your body by nutrition, you would have to eat hundreds of kilos of healthy food. That’s what supplements replace easily.

Here is what I take, and where I buy them from. This is no ad, just total transparency:

  • I usually order Coenzyme Q10 from GymBeam; I take 60 mg daily.
  • I also get Curcumin from there, 100 mg per day,
  • and Lutein as well, 15 mg daily. After taking it for months I experienced great vision improvement! (now the effect is not that stable - I work a lot in front of a screen, so my eyesight gets tired for longer periods of time, but Lutein helps)
  • I take TMG before workouts, 1800 mg daily, also from GymBeam.
  • I also take Hyaluronic Acid Forte, 200 mg daily,
  • Astaxanthin 4 mg,
  • Vitamin K2 100 mcg,
  • NAC 150 mg daily
  • Glycine 3 g powder,
  • and magnesium bisglycinate 1200 mg.

I usually order these from GymBeam in larger batches because if I enter random fitness influencers’ codes, I get about a 5% discount, which makes the price quite favorable. (still no ad, just my cheapness-hack, I think this webshop only exists here in Eastern-Middle-Europe)

The supplements I get from elsewhere are:

  • Biotin for hair, 3000 mcg, Dr. Immun vitamin complex
(this also contains zinc, manganese, iron, vitamin A, and all B vitamins, with extra biotin).
  • Type II collagen for joints, 100 mg, Dr. Chen Pharmacy. (capsule)
  • Type I collagen, 3 g, JutaVit. (powder)
  • Vitamin C, 1000 mg, JutaVit.
  • Vitamin D3, 4000 IU, Ceres Pharma. (always with the K2, to protects my veins from it, and make my bones absord it instead)
  • Omega-3 Forte, Dr. Chen Pharmacy, 380 mg EPA and 180 mg DHA (available at DM stores).

These are my daily basics.📋 Also some of my daily foods almost act like supplements: like a clove of garlic, or chamomile tea but they belong in a nutrition article. Check your lab results for deficiencies or not optimal amout of any vitamin and trace element, and supplement is consistently!
