Alive? Yes. I refers to me, because staying alive not a bad start, and it refers to the website, because it's finally going live.

More than well? Being alright, OK, or well is not enough. My experience is that the best thing we can feel is when our body works more optimal than normally. When there is zero pain, every breath is full of oxigen, eye vision is clear, skin is glowing, every cell is full of energy and we can do anything we like.

My practices help me optimize my body to this level, experiencing a kind of super-human state. Hopefully helping to stay alive in the best shape until the Longevity Escpae Velocity is reached.

I'm at the 4th place of the Longevity World Cup leaderboard, in the Pro League. I'm not a fan of competition, but it's good to compare our biomarkers to other body-optimizers so we know if our experiments work or not.
